By accessing and using cynix.lk and the services provided by Cynix Inc., you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please refrain from using our services.
2. Services
Cynix Inc. provides software development, digital marketing, and business process automation services. Specific project terms, deliverables, and timelines are defined in individual service agreements between Cynix and the client.
3. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Cynix Inc. and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use or reproduction is prohibited.
Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of custom-developed deliverables as outlined in the project agreement, unless otherwise stated.
4. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to provide timely feedback, required materials, and necessary access to systems as outlined in the project scope. Delays caused by the client may result in adjusted timelines.
5. Payment Terms
Payment schedules are defined in individual service agreements. Unless otherwise agreed upon, invoices are due within 14 days of issuance. Late payments may incur additional charges.
6. Limitation of Liability
Cynix Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by the client for the specific service in question.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka. Any disputes shall be resolved through the courts of Colombo, Sri Lanka.
